2. Stop Comparing Yourself to the Whole Category
Instead of saying “We make coffee,” say “We make single-origin, cold-brew coffee for adventurous drinkers who hate bitter aftertastes.” The more specific, the more you stand out.
3. Create Content That Reinforces Your Difference
Every post, every caption, every piece of content should subtly (or not-so-subtly) remind people: “We’re not like the others.” Show what makes you different, don’t just tell.
